@GeekinKorea To be fair, there’s lots of Canadian government offices that, a few years ago, also had 3 options for contact beyond voicemail:
1. Come in person. 2. Use postal mail and wait 6 months (and maybe it didn’t arrive so, like, hope really hard). 3. Fax.
Doubt it’s changed much.
