@jeremiahtolbert @SaveVsTPK In our EB game a lot of the “progress” was with alliances, knowledge, bargaining chips, and a growing sense of control over their own destiny. (They figured out debt maximization might make them “to big to fail” as citizens of the city. Fun theory, whether or not it was true.)
