finished hosting dinner/meeting, did some email and editing, ready for bed now… and struck by a gloomy mood, of course.
Found an excellent trail up the last stretch of mountain. Wonderful, as I hate the stairs. The hiking is just excellent now.
Today’s workout: 40 min mountain hike, 45 min on bike, no weights. (Cooking for people tonight, and was really running late.)
Yesterday’s workout: 40(?) min swim, but pathetic: maybe 5 interrupted laps. 50 min on bike, ~40 min of weights… and…

35 as of today (March 4, that is, in Korea). Feels less different than starting BP meds last week. Saw great music, at least. Bedtime!

Found a sweat blotch on my shhirt, no choice but to button up the too-tight coat, and discovered it was no longer too tight. ROCK!
