@czilka Could be you should ask for the name of the tutor. Maybe he or she is “over-helping” if you know what I mean.

Ah, now I’m remembering when my supervisor talked me out of reporting a patently, rude, snotty plagiarism case. Student was a “fave” of his.

@czilka Especially with, “If you admit it, the consequence will be less severe.” ie. F on the paper, or in the course, but not reporting it.
@czilka Also, asking her to explain what certain passages mean specifically could confound her. You might be able to scare a confession out.
@czilka You could ask her for drafts and outlines. (I require them along the way, which makes it harder to cheat, tho still possible!)
