@HyveMynd @machineiv @netflix We have the same in South Korea. Subtitles on most, but not all, stuff. (Though often Korean content only has Korean subs, even when English subs definitely exist.)

I’ve occasionally seen things show up without English subtitles and then suddenly have them, but not often.
