I think the whole “we’re all busy these days,” thing hits PbP harder (because expected posting frequency is often daily or 3x a week) than the weekly RPG or board game group. (It’s kinda easier to book a weekly 3 hour session than 20 min a day on PbP, I find.) @JustinHowe @inCatastrophe @rajanyk @amysundberg @jeremiahtolbert @Scott_H_Andrews I think it may also be something about PbP culture, though: you see a lot of people join 15 games because they know 14 won’t ever get started, and then when 2 actually happen, they’re overextended. Likewise you see lots of GMs or multiple players flake out without explanation.
