Actually made some bread with molasses and a little rye flour last night… not as fluffy and light as I’ve been trying to get it, but not bad… @JustinHowe @pintsizehorror And I guess this also answers the mystery of why it came in a can: it was traditionally steam baked that way?!?! Ha.
