We maintain it basically because we have it, because admins can’t grasp not having it, because some profs and admins are traditionalists, and because changing the system is a PITA. @JohnKucek2 @DanSvensson77 @DrKittyGirl There are countless better ways to teach and learn, but they’re less monetizable, less amenable shitty and shallow Taylorist metrics, and frankly too many people just take for granted the system we have. *shrug*
